Rehabilitación de implante pos-extracción; relato de caso clínico

Resumen


En las rehabilitaciones implanto soportadas del sector anterior la ejecución de un protocolo quirúrgico y protésico adecuado constituye un mecanismo para asegurar la estética y función de todo procedimiento a realizarse. El presente caso clínico tiene como objetivo la presentación de un protocolo rehabilitador en un implante pos-extracción y manejo de tejidos blandos para preservar la estética a través de estructuras protésicas a base de materiales de alta estética. La predictibilidad de un implante unitario en el sector anterior demanda al clínico conocer tridimensional las estructuras conjugado con un manejo de tejidos blando y materiales de forma adecuada, para predecir el comportamiento a mediano o largo plazo en la estabilidad protésica y preservación de la estética.
